The project is spread over approximately 22 acres, and is located close to a major 150m wide road proposed in the Masterplan 2021 of the Gurgaon-Manesar Urban complex. The proposed Metro Track also runs along this 150m wide road, which runs from Dwarka all the way to Hero Honda Chowk on NH8. The same road also have a major commercial belt alongside in close proximity to the Sector 109 project, and is similar to MG Road. More detail are given in the links below.
