Residents May Now Register Their Complaints Under File Tracking System AT 'www.greaternoida.com' By Harry, Section Noida Real Estate
Residents may now register their complaints with Greater Noida Authority under the arrangement named File Tracking System (FTS) at the GNIDA website www.greaternoida.com with regard to the functioning of the authority's offices. It would be monitored by officials at GNIDA, including the chief executive officer (CEO).
"The idea is to usher in an era of administrative reforms aimed at strengthening the citizens movement and fine-tuning the response levels of the government machinery," said a senior officer. All officers would have access to the grievance monitoring system. Source: The Tribune 26/Nov/2008
